"Relocated for work but lived here for 5 years and loved it the whole time! Affordable and very pet friendly. Loved the dog park went daily. Kim in the office was especially helpful and accommodating with anything we needed. Maintenance was always nice and the new fitness center and pool area are great. Fantastic location too! Close to plenty of parks and restaurants. Will miss this place and would recommend to anyone!!!"

Everything from the application process, tour and property managers just makes you feel like you're welcome. The grounds are well kept. Apartments are well maintained for quick move in and the Dog park is a wonderful perk."

"I would absolutely recommend Timberwood Crossing. The apartment itself was nicely updated, the grounds are kept clean, maintenance was always super quick when we had an issue, and the office staff was super nice and helpful. It’s in a good location and I never felt unsafe. If hadn’t moved to Grand Rapids I would definitely still be living there!"
